Technical Support BlueRom provide onsite and remote support depending our clients requirements and package taken. Our support packages can be in the form of contracted fixed periods or Ad-Hoc. We are very flexible with our packages; except for Ad-Hoc all of our support contracts are customised. Remote support is normally the fastest route to get any of your issues resolved and we create many paths to access your systems as back up. As you can see at the top right of this screen, our remote access tool, if someone is available you will be dealt with straight away otherwise you can leave a message and all our support technicians will be alerted of your contact and someone will call you back. BlueRom can support single systems to enterprise level environments dependent on our clients needs. We can work alongside your IT department to add value or to provide a back up resource.
